   We do not offer direct account modifications, such as username changes or password management, as all authentication and account management are handled exclusively through Discord.

Users acknowledge that Hammertime e.U. shall not be liable for any changes, temporary suspensions, or permanent discontinuation of the Service.
   
   

4. Payment

   Transactions within our Discord services, including bots and activities, may involve Discord's monetization features such as Server Subscriptions, Premium Perks, or other Discord-managed payment systems. Users who choose to engage in paid activities must do so in accordance with Discord's payment policies.    Our Service operates within the Discord ecosystem and adheres to Discord's policies regarding transactions. Due to the nature of these transactions, we do not directly manage refunds for payments made through Discord. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content strictly in accordance with these Terms.
   
   Users who believe their intellectual property rights have been infringed through our Service are encouraged to contact Hammertime e.U. to report their concerns.
   
   

9. Access Control

   We reserve the right to revoke or restrict your access to our Discord bots, activities, or any related services at any time and without prior notice. Your rights to use our Service will be immediately terminated if you violate any of the Terms outlined herein or Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
   
   

10. Translation

    The original language of these Terms of Service is English. While translations may be provided for convenience, in the event of any discrepancies or conflicts between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
