1. Introduction

   Welcome to Color Maps! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Color Maps Discord Activity and related services (the "Game"), provided by Hammertime e.U. ("we", "us", "our"). By starting or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
   
   

2. Using the Game

   Color Maps is played inside Discord and requires a Discord account in good standing. By using the Game, you also agree to follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
   
   You sign in with your Discord account; there is no separate account or password with us. Your progress is saved to your Discord account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
   
   You may use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
   
   

3. The Game and Your Progress

   Color Maps is free to play. Items, rewards and other in-game content have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold.
   
   We work to keep your progress safe, but we cannot guarantee that the Game will be available at all times or that saved progress will never be lost.
   
   We may change, update, suspend or discontinue the Game or any part of it, including its maps, rules and items, at any time.
   
   

4. Purchases

   There is currently nothing for sale in Color Maps on Discord. If purchases are offered in the future, they will be made through Discord's payment system and governed by Discord's payment terms, in addition to these Terms, which we will update before any purchase is offered.
   
   

5. Fair Play

   Please play fairly and do not disrupt the Game for others. In particular, you may not:
   
   - Cheat, or exploit bugs or errors to gain an advantage, instead of reporting them
   
   - Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game, its servers or other players' data
   
   - Reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the Game, except as permitted by law
   
   - Use the Game for any unlawful purpose

6. Age Requirements

   You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements to use the Game. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you need your parent's or legal guardian's permission.
   
   

7. Intellectual Property

   The Game, including its maps, artwork, sounds, music, code and the name "Color Maps", belongs to Hammertime e.U. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game in accordance with these Terms. Third-party components are used under their own licenses, listed in the Game's notices.
   
   

8. Disclaimer and Liability

   The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Game, its availability or the preservation of your progress.
   
   To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent, gross negligence or personal injury, or your rights as a consumer.
   
   

9. Access Control

   We may restrict or end your access to the Game if you break these Terms or Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. You can stop using the Game at any time and ask us to delete your data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
   
   

10. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms. Changes take effect once they are posted on this page, and the version date below changes with them. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
    
    

11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
